Greg Brown: Covenant

Three years from his last album, singer songwriter Greg Brown contemplates the meaning of love and commitment with songs that are sexy, humorous, and sometimes sad. Brown was raised in a musical family in Iowa, where he still lives. His father was a Pentecostal preacher, and Brown’s music is infused with the intensity found in gospel music as well as country, folk, and blues.
